Warranty Assistance Service for SANISPLIT Products by TECMA (DEA Warranty)

How Does the F.A.S. Warranty Service Work?


For products covered by Warranty WITHIN 2 YEARS* from the date of purchase (with proof):
A new motor will be provided FREE OF CHARGE** with collection and delivery through an Authorized SANISPLIT Dealer

If collection and return of a product under DEA Warranty are carried out at home, a fee of €50.00 + VAT will be charged (except for purchases made on Sanisplit.co.uk, where the service is free).
(Please note: the product will be collected by express courier and must be properly packed and ready for shipment)


2+2 Warranty Extension

The 2+2 warranty extension is an additional commercial warranty reserved for products purchased in Italy.
For products covered by extended warranty from 2 to 4 years* from the date of purchase (with proof):

A new motor will be provided at the reduced cost of €150.00 + VAT, with collection and delivery through an Authorized SANISPLIT Dealer.

If collection and return are carried out at home, a fee of €170.00 + VAT will be charged.

Warranty Management Procedure

All warranty assistance requests require a preliminary technical assessment by our technical department, following activation of the PACK ASSISTANCE service by selecting the WARRANTY option:

  • phone assessment
  • photos and videos of the issue
  • product serial number
  • detailed description of the defect

Product collection will be authorized only if necessary, according to the procedures described above.

Operational Procedures by Geographic Area

Assistance procedures may vary depending on the country:

  • Italy: collection via express courier or handling through the authorized dealer network
  • European Union: warranty requests are handled following a preliminary technical assessment. If the technical department considers it necessary to return the product or motor unit, the operational procedures will be communicated to the customer in compliance with applicable legal warranty regulations.
  • United Kingdom and non-EU countries: initial assistance is provided exclusively remotely, with further management evaluated case by case

** N.B. The warranty service for products sold directly through Sanisplit.co.uk and our authorized dealers includes an initial phone assessment by one of our specialized technicians to evaluate the issue reported by the customer and determine whether product collection is necessary according to the above conditions. The product will be replaced with a new one only if a non-repairable manufacturing defect is confirmed. Damage not attributable to manufacturing defects, improper use, or wear parts (e.g. pressure switch) are not covered by the warranty, and repair costs will be charged to the customer.

* The 2-year warranty and/or 2+2 extension applies only to contracts concluded with consumers. In all other cases, including purchases made with a VAT number, the warranty is 1 year (Consumer Code).
