The official PACK ASSISTANCE service by Sanisplit.it is the ideal solution for private customers owning Sanisplit and Saniexpert products by TECMA.

If your product is under WARRANTY and was purchased directly from Sanisplit.it or from DEA Authorized Dealers, please follow the instructions on the SANISPLIT WARRANTY page.

If your product is OUT OF WARRANTY and requires a physical inspection, the PACK ASSISTANCE service is the right solution. Alternatively, you may request online assistance directly HERE.

For customers in Italy, the service includes home collection via express courier.

For customers located within the European Union, shipment to our service centre is at the customer’s expense after purchasing the PACK ASSISTANCE service, while return shipping is included.

The Sanisplit Assistance Service includes:

  • Home collection via express courier of the motor unit within 24/48 hours (Italy only).
  • Return delivery via express courier.
  • Disassembly and technical analysis with fault detection and repair quotation within 24/48 hours from receipt.
  • Instructions on how to prepare the product for collection or shipment.
  • Technical phone support from a Sanisplit technician.

The PACK ASSISTANCE service by Sanisplit.it is the official support service dedicated to private owners of Sanisplit and Saniexpert products by TECMA.

🇮🇹 Assistance in Italy

The Sanisplit Home Assistance Service includes:

  • Home collection via express courier of the Sanisplit unit or motor unit within 24/48 hours.
  • Instructions on how to prepare the Sanisplit for collection.
  • Return delivery of the product to the customer via express courier.
  • Disassembly and technical analysis of the product with fault detection and repair quotation within 24/48 hours from receipt.
  • After repair, a complimentary bottle of SPLT GEL Concentrate for routine maintenance is included.

🌍 EU Assistance (European Union Countries)

For customers located within the European Union, the service includes:

  • Technical inspection of the product at our service centre.
  • Fault diagnosis and repair quotation if required.
  • Return shipment of the product via express courier (included in the service).

For EU countries, shipment of the product to our service centre is at the customer’s expense after purchasing the PACK ASSISTANCE service.

The assistance is carried out exclusively on the motor unit, as all tests are performed using a new hydraulic section.

  • Not Pre-Analyzed (IMMEDIATE COLLECTION)
    Choose this option if you want to proceed directly with product collection.
  • Recommended by Technician
    Choose this option if our technical department has recommended the Pack Assistance after a preliminary analysis.
  • WARRANTY*
    Choose this option if, according to the technical department, there is a potential product non-conformity that must be confirmed through physical inspection at our facility.
    If the defect is NOT confirmed as a product non-conformity (therefore caused by other factors), the Pack Assistance service cost will be required.
    Otherwise, the official WARRANTY procedure will apply (See here).

Note: The international service is valid only for European Union countries. Non-EU countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) are excluded.
