If you have an urgent issue and your product requires a physical inspection, the PACK ASSISTANCE service is available:
- Italy: PACK ASSISTANCE service with collection of the product or motor unit within 24/48h.
- European Union countries: PACK ASSISTANCE service with shipment of the product to our service centre at the customer’s expense, while return shipping is included in the service.
Important note: the PACK ASSISTANCE service is not valid for the United Kingdom or for non-EU countries.
For requests coming from the United Kingdom or from non-EU countries, assistance is initially handled remotely only, through technical review of photos, videos, product serial number and a detailed description of the issue.
In such cases, any warranty request will be reviewed by our technical department and handled case by case. Only if strictly necessary, the customer may receive further instructions for the possible shipment of the motor unit or the product.
